FAQ

​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Since all items are customized it is best to email me with what items you wish to order, that way we can communicate preferences.  You can email me at Kara@KCsCustomDesigns.com or call at (215)416-3170.

 

Under each item description there is a list of what is needed, please include your preferences in your email, along with what names if any you wish to add to an item.

Shipping

Since each item is made to order, please allow 4-5 business days for production after payment has cleared. Actual shipping times will vary based on your location. Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking information.   

Payment Options

 

We accept paypal and credit cards as payment options.  If you are local to me you can pay cash as well.

Returns & Refunds

 

Each item is made to order, because of that, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If there is a physical defect, contact me and we will arrange for the item to be corrected.  

 

Care instruction

​

I hand make each item myself especially for you, to ensure longevity of your items please hand wash only and do not soak in water.  Not dishwasher or microwave safe.
